Square Scrub EBG-20/G
The EBG20/G can screen up to 5000 sq ft of wooden gym floor per hour. The EBG20/G weighs in at a hefty 165 lbs and packs a 1.5 horsepower 3450 rpm motor. The EBG20/G's weight increases pad pressure and produces superior results to rotary machines, even at high travel speed on the floor. The high rpm of the EBG20/G's motor increases productivity and provides a smooth consistent preparation scratch.
Many users have reported extended sanding screen life over rotary machines of up to 1000 sq ft per screen! Screen costs can be cut almost in half!
The scratch mark produced by the EBG20/G is much less noticeable than the large round scratch swirl marks made with rotary machines. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for your favorite gym floor finish product.
The Square Scrub EBG-20/G is equipped with a heavy duty 100 foot long 12 gauge power cord. This should be sufficient for most gym floors. If more cord length is needed to get the job done we recommend at least a 10 gauge extension power cord.
The Square Scrub EBG20/G is based on the design of our best selling EBG20 floor preparation machine. The EBG20/G can be used for in the same manner as the EBG20 for refinishing resilient tile floors, however we recommend the use of our Dust Containment Kit when using the EBG20/G on resilient tile flooring.
