Carlisle’s new Sparta Spectrum Supermarket Kits are specifically designed as the Supermarket Solution to meeting rigid HACCP guidelines for food safety.  These five color-coded brush kits help ensure sanitary maintenance of equipment and designated work areas by aiding the prevention of hazardous cross  contamination.  The five spectrum colors of the kits include: Blue for seafood, Green for Produce, Red for Meat, White for Deli, and Yellow for Bakery.

Spectrum Supermarket Kits are the easy way to setup your own HACCP program

The color-coded kits help employees to segregate brushes by purpose and work zones.

Each kit is made up of General Clean Up tools and Floor and Drain Care Products. 

General Clean Up Tools consist of four standard brushes: an Iron Handle Style Brush, 8” and 20” All Purpose Utility Scrub Brushes, a Knife Cleaning Brush, Brush Rack and a Wall Chart; plus the Bakery kit includes a floor Bench Brush and a 3” Meteor Pastry/Basting Brush and the Meat kit includes a 30” long Meat Grinder Brush.  The Floor and Drain Care consists of three standard brushes: an Angle Broom, Hi-Lo Floor Scrub, a heavy duty Floor Drain Brush, a Brush Rack and a Wall Chart; plus the Bakery Kit includes a Floor Scraper and the Produce Kit includes a 24” Push Broom.

The Spectrum Supermarket Sanitation System includes on each of the Seafood, Produce, Meat, Bakery, and Deli Kits.

SPARTA SPECTRUM SANIFUSE BRUSHES

Sparta  Spectrum Color Coded Brushes are the solution to setting up your facility’s HACCP compliant program.  Out Spectrum Brushes are a key group of CCP (Critical Control Point) Products designed to promote safe food handling and help prevent hazardous cross contamination.

ROTARY FLOOR MACHINE BRUSHES

Carlisle Sanitary Maintenance products continues its tradition of excellence by bring you Durable Solution for Floor care.  Our Zimco Line of rotary brushes is available in both sold and Showerfeed options to provide you with the optimum cleaning performance.

Plastic Perfect Rotary Brushes

Carlisle Sanitary Maintenance Products Plastic Perfect Rotary Brushes are available in a variety of bristle material and designed to meet every surface cleaning need.  Plastic Perfect Rotary brushes have 11” to 22” solid block diameters and provide quality, durability, and stability superior to wood block brushes.  Showerfeed blocks 14” or larger have six uniquely placed water slots to assure the most effective water distribution to brush head and floor.

All Plastic perfect brushes features a 5” center hole, which accepts the “N” series Universal Clutch Plate.  Six specifically designed mounting screws are included with each brush.  The block may be converted fu use with a 4” center hole using the RC20 Universal Clutch Plate and the RN73 Plastic Adapter.

To make things easy, to order any of these brushes, all you need to do is supply Horwitz Supply with the make and model number from your current machines and our trained sales staff will fit your machine with the best rotary brush to suite your needs.  If you are unable to get us a make and model of a machine you need brushes for, try to measure your current rotary block from edge to edge (not measuring the bristle flare) and it’s inside center hole diameter (see pictures).
