1.    Does Horwitz Supply have a catalog of all our product?

Although we have had a catalog in the past, we do not have one at the present time.  However, you can browse our product offerings by going to our Online Ordering Site. The site will allow you to browse the products that we do offer even if you do not have an account set up with us.  If you can't find a particular product you are looking for, please feel free to call us at 1-800-836-7110 and one of our knowledgeable sales professionals will gladly assist you.

2.    Does Horwitz Supply sell to the public?

Yes we do!  It doesn't matter if you're an end user of our products, a contractor, or a reseller, we will do business with any type of customer.  In fact, anyone can come by and visit our Cash and Carry division at Horwitz Supply and make purchases on the spot!

3.    What are your office hours?

Horwitz Supply is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. EST

4.    Is Horwitz Supply open on the weekends and holidays?

Unfortunately, at this time we are not open on Saturdays and Sundays.  In addition to that, we are not open on Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.

5.    Does Horwitz Supply deliver products?  If so, where to?

Horwitz Supply does indeed deliver products to our customers, but residential and commercial.  It doesn't matter where our customers are located, we will get the products you need to you as fast as we can!

6.    Is there a delivery charge on my orders?

Horwitz Supply offers free shipping for all of our customers.  However, if you are a local customer, we ask that you try to make an order of at least $100.

7.    How many items come in a case?

Due to the diverse nature of all the products we have available, that answer can vary from case to case.  To find out how many are in a case, please call us at 1-800-836-7110 and speak with one of our courteous and helpful sales professionals.

8.    Can cases be broken up?

Yes they can!  If you are unable to find a case already broken apart on our Online Ordering Site, please call us at 1-800-836-7110 and one of our friendly and supportive sales professionals will be able to make sure you get exactly what you want.

Yes we do!  Not only cleaning supplies, but we carry all your janitorial and sanitation needs.  Be it chemicals, brushes, brooms, matting, paper, gloves, machines, etc., we can supply you with everything you need to do the job right the first time, guaranteed!

12.    When will a Sales Person be in my area?

The only way to find out when a Salesperson will be in your area is to call 1-800-836-7110 and speak with one.  Although many of our Sales people routinely visit specific areas weekly, it is still advisable to call and setup and appointment with one if you would like him or her to visit your facility.
